Integrity, Work Ethic, Self-Efficacy

These are three things I use on a daily basis in life. They are all things I use to meet my own goals and expectations as well as to use to encourage and engage my clients to pursue their greatest goals ever possible.

Self-efficacy is the extent or strength of one’s belief in their own ability to complete tasks and reach goals. I believe it is drive and determination that you must have to get it done in work, life and sport.  -> Intrinsic/Self-motivation!

Integrity is the quality of being honest and having strong moral principles; moral uprightness. When you say you are going to do something you do it to your highest quality and ability. -> Intrinsic/Self-accountability!

Work ethic is a value based on hard work and diligence. The belief to always pursue greatness through all obstacles of life, job and sport. -> Intrinsic/Self-determination!

I believe that keeping your beliefs simple, straight-forward and focused will keep your pursuit to your dreams as straight as possible and not confused with many beliefs and thoughts. Understanding where you want to be and what the expectations are for that position in job or sport will give advantage to making the achievement possible. Using these basic beliefs to influence daily decisions will help lead you closer to your final goal.
