Meet Nate Pedro


Founder | Bachelor of Science Exercise Physiology | Master of Science in Sport Psychology
Nate Pedro has spent his career helping athletes push past limits โ first as a strength coach, and now working towards being a licensed mental health counselor with a Masterโs degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology (MS).
After years of coaching athletes in the gym, Nate recognized a simple truth: physical strength alone isnโt enough. The difference between good athletes and great ones often comes down to mindset โ confidence, focus, and resilience.
That realization led to the creation of Nate Pedro Training: a place where elite physical training and mental performance coaching come together to help athletes thrive.
